If you do not see your provider on this list, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you do not have coverage at our office. Please let us know and we will check what your benefits are!
Also, each policy from your insurance carrier can have different benefits and deductables. As an example, if your friend has Blue Cross Blue Sheild, her/his policy may very well have different benefits than your policy. If you are unsure of your benefits, please call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask what is covered and what your deductible is. We will check your benefits when you come in, but to avoid surprises, check first. Also, please remember that your insurance coverage is between you and your carrier. While we attempt to make every effort to help you with understanding your policy, you are ultimately responsible for paying for your services here at Spicer Wellness Center.
